Jane Seymour - Third Wife of Henry Viii

Jane Seymour, the third wife of Henry VIII, was a lady-in-waiting to both Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn. She caught the king's eye in 1535, while Anne was struggling to produce a male heir. Their relationship quickly blossomed, and Henry began annulment proceedings against Anne. Just eleven days after Anne's execution, Henry and Jane were married. Within a year, Jane gave birth to the long-awaited male heir, Edward. Tragically, Jane died just twelve days after the birth due to puerperal fever. Despite her short-lived marriage, Jane is remembered as one of Henry VIII's most beloved queens.
