Heinrich Himmler - Reichsführer-ss

Heinrich Himmler, as Reichsführer-SS, was the chief architect of the Nazi regime's genocidal policies. As the head of the SS, the Schutzstaffel, an elite force within the Nazi Party, Himmler was responsible for carrying out Hitler's Final Solution, the systematic annihilation of European Jewry. He oversaw the establishment of concentration and extermination camps, where millions of Jews, as well as other minority groups, were murdered. Himmler played a central role in the implementation of the Holocaust, and his actions resulted in the deaths of millions of innocent people.
