Hans Frank - Governor of Occupied Poland

Hans Frank, a prominent Nazi lawyer and politician, served as the Governor-General of Occupied Poland during World War II. Appointed by Adolf Hitler in 1939, Frank was tasked with administering the territory and exploiting its resources for the German war effort. A key figure in the implementation of Nazi policies in Poland, Frank oversaw the establishment of ghettos, concentration camps, and forced labor programs, resulting in the deaths of millions of Polish citizens, including a large number of Jews. After the war, Frank was captured by Allied forces and put on trial at Nuremberg. He was found guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity, and was sentenced to death by hanging in 1946.
